Ros Weadman has exceptional experience in issues and reputation management. She has trained and mentored hundreds of government leaders to handle complex issues and high stakes communication situations, such as media interviews, stakeholder meetings, advocating to government, and delivering speeches and presentations.
She has led crisis communication teams and advised government leaders responding to some of Australia’s highest profile incidents and issues, including Victorian flood emergencies (2011 and 2022), Black Saturday fires (2009), Cranbourne Methane Gas crisis (2008), Springvale Salmonella outbreak (1997) and Victorian Gas crisis (1998), among many others.
